Abstract

The thesis deals with the analysis of collective agreements and collective bargaining in a particular company. The work is divided into three parts. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts of collective agreements and collective bargaining. In the practical part, an analysis of collective agreements and collective bargaining in the company is provided. The evaluation part is focused on the assessment of the collective agreement by comparing the theoretical to the practical part. On the base of discovered deficiencies suggestions and recommendations for possible adaptation of the collective agrément are identified.
