Vinařský cestovní ruch na Znojemsku

Abstract

Bachalor thesis „Wine tourism in the region Znojemsko“ concentrates on the analysis of wine tourism in Znojmo. And if the travel agencies offer tours and optional excursion to the wine-growing region Znojmo. In the first part focuses on the histori, size of vineyard in the Czech Republic, as the wine has health and how it is produced and the wine fund. In the second part deals with history of wine in Bohemia and Moravia, species and varieties Czech and Moravian wines, wine varietes, which are grown in Czech Republic, Saint Martin´s wine. It focuses on how make wine, at what temperature to serve wine and how to degust, what kind of wine is suited to a particular dishes and finally wine region. The third section focuses on the general assumptions of tourism in region of Znojmo , wine routes, historic vintage, offer of travel agencies Čebus, Régio, Trips for wine and Wine Travel. This section contains suggestions for travel agencies. The final section summarizes wine tourism and appreciation for travel agencies.
