Abstract
The object of this bachelor thesis is the usage of alternative fuels made of plastic waste, waste tires and biomass in compression engines. The thesis describes the origin of the fuels by the process of pyrolysis, resulting products, and their mixing in different concentrations with diesel of crude oil origin. Single fuel types are compared according to arising emissions, thermal efficiency, specific consumption, and exhaust temperature.
