Abstract

The topic of the thesis was to develop project documentation for construction of the building Public Library with the restaurant. It is three storeys above-ground building with a flat roof . On the first floor I designed restaurant. In the second and third floor, I placed Public Library . Second floor will serve as the department for children and youth. The third floor will be located department of Adult and Professional Literature. This floor will also find multimedia room intended for conferences, lectures and other leisure activities. Part two floors of the library as a study . The supporting structure of the building consists of a reinforced concrete skeleton, which is filled with concrete blocks YTONG . The facade of the building is designed with ventilated cladding CETRIS . The south side of the restaurant will be glassed . In the building will be located the main staircase and stairs connecting the two departments of the library easier to switch between these floors. There are two passenger lifts. The thesis will also heat the technical assessment of circuit design and label the envelope of the building according to ČSN 730540-2 (2011).
