Abstract

This disseration a summary of up-tu-date knowledge of bioremediation of copper using metal-resistant bacterial strains. The first part discusses the general charakteristice and history copper, which is expanded in the next chapter describe the significant sites copper in ČR and in the world. The necht section describec the methods rehabilitation on the environment often mining copper and options use bacterial. The experimental part is focused of charakteristic a few bacterial genus and their on maximum tolerance concentration (MTC) and minimum inhibitory concetration (MIC) toward copper. The next section was aplication resistant bacteria in process experimental bioleaching copper and comperate the officary of strains P. chlororaphis and P. monteilli. In conclusion of this work there is introduced summary and outline of possible use of this bacterial strain in process bioremediation technology to remove toxic elements.
