Hodnocení environmentálních rizik železniční přepravy nebezpečných látek chráněnou krajinnou oblast

Abstract

This diploma work is concentrated on environmental risks assessment of hazardous substance railway transport. The theoretical part summarizes basic legislation for given area, knowledge of theory of hazardous substances and describes chosen methods of analysis and risks assessment. In the practical part there are solved concrete case studies of generation of railway transportation crashes with attendance of hazardous substances (chlorine and petrol) and their effect on particular components of environment in protected landscape area Poodří. Conclusion was the determination of hazardous zones in the area of the crash origin and the determination of acceptability of potential crashes effects.
