Systém hospodářských opatření pro krizové stavy v ČR

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá celkovým pohledem na systém hospodářského opatření pro krizové stavy, Správu státních hmotných rezerv a její činností při tvorbě státních hmotných rezerv a regulačních opatření. Je zde popsáno, jak funguje informační podpora, která slouží ke sběru informací o státních hmotných rezervách a pomáhá k co nesnadnějšímu přístupu k těmto datům orgánům krizového řízeni pří řešení krizových situací. Tento systém v praxi je uveden na třech příkladech, které nastaly v Moravskoslezském kraji. Případná slabá místa a budoucí směřování tohoto systému jsou součástí této práce.

This bachelor thesis deals with the general view of the System of the Economic Measures for Crisis Situations(SEMCS), the Administration of State Material Reserves and its activities for creating the state material reserves and regulatory provisions. The thesis describes the operational side of the Information Support, that helps to collect the information on the state material reserves and contributes to the easy accessibility of this data by the crisis management authorities when managing crisis situations. The SEMCS is demonstrated in three examples that occurred within the Moravian-Silesian Region. Potential weak spots and future direction of the SEMCS are also part of this thesis.
