Abstract
The main of the diploma thesis is to proposing key performance indicators of BONATRANS GROUP a.s. The theoretical part deals with basic concepts related to performance indicators, approaches to business performance evaluation and design of key performance indicators. The practical part consists of introducing the organization and designing key performance indicators using critical success factors and incidence matrices. In addition, it was proposed to use Altman's bankruptcy model or benchmarking diagnostic system for financial indicators INFA to assess the financial situation.
