Diagnostika strojírenského podniku

Abstract

This theses focuses at diagnostic of engineering company. The theses is split into six sections including oddments. After the initial introduction of the subject follows a chapter which includes theoretic input into the matters of various processes and analysis through which we can come to a conclusion about economy, efficiency and company’s position in the market. The third chapter presents introduction of the company Vymyslicky – Lifts, ltd. The next part of the theses deals with construction of financial analysis, competition analysis, passportisation and SWOT analysis. Before the final conclusion there is a chapter containing evaluation of analysis completed in previous (fourth) part of the theses. The diagnostic has detected that the company Vymyslicky – Lifts, ltd. is the second largest manufacturer of lifts and lift technology in the Czech Republic.

To form the theoretic part I drew from authorised books, publications and also from web sources. The practical part was utilized with accounting statements from years 2008 – 2011 and co-operation with the employee of the company.
