Analýza hotelové klasifikace a Hotelstars Union

Abstract

The bachelor work is dealing with analysis of hotel classification and a view on estabilished systém of Official uniform classification of accommodation facilities – the Hotelstars Union. For the purpose to achieve the main targets was use the questionnare method. Document evaluates actual situation of public know-how of hotel classification and changes, which are related with certifikated facilities in Zlín´s region. At the end I found out that people are not inform enough about hotel classification, which eleven countries in Europe support now. Hotels with certifikats register more profits and quantity of quests, so they recommend to each other facilities.
