Abstract

The topic of the diploma thesis was customer satisfaction measurement of furniture fittings and complementary materials market. The purpose of the diploma thesis was to measure customer satisfaction on the B2B market with the overall services of Démos trade, a. s. Customer satisfaction was determined through quantitative research. The form of collection for questionnaire was electronic analysis. Data was prepared using the SPSS program. The experience has shown that customers are rather satisfied with Démos trade, a. s. The best customers satisfaction was with the business Managers especially their willingness and expertise.
