The design of the house is based on a study developed within the architectural studio and further elaborated in subsequent studio courses and the bachelor thesis seminar. The designed object is a detached family house located in Slezská Ostrava. The house is intended for residential use and includes a home office space, which allows partial separation of work and private life. The architectural concept is based on a simple rectangular form with a flat roof and emphasizes clean design, natural lighting, and functional layout. Special attention is given to the connection between interior and exterior through large glazed openings oriented towards the garden. The bachelor’s thesis consists of a textual and a drawing part. The textual part includes an accompanying report, a summary technical report, and a detailed technical report. The drawing documentation contains complete project documentation for the execution of the building, including selected construction details. The thesis is processed within the required scope.
