Abstract
In this bachelor thesis, I focused on the management of the basketball club BK Hladnov in Ostrava and tried to find out through financial statements, interviews and SWOT analysis how the club performed in 2018 and 2022. After the completion of the thesis, it was confirmed that the stated objective was met.
