Abstract

This diploma work on assessing the competitiveness of the selected company. The main objective of this work is to reveal what the company competitiveness VALVES Group, andusing factors of analysis and internal analysis of business environment and also in financial terms. Internal analysis of business environment of SWOT analysis is investigated. Theseresults are designed as opportunities for future competitive potential of this society, but alsoare offered in the end, recommendations for reducing its weaknesses. The external business environment are made PESTLE analysis and Porter`s model of competitive forces. These tests have identified important factors that influence its effect on the market with the production.
