Analýza produktivity práce v oblasti zpracování nerostných surovin

Abstract

In this thesis are processed selected indicators for measuring of labor productivity in enterprises for mineral processing. The first chapter explains suitable possibilities for measuring of labor productivity, followed by application of indicators for measuring of labor productivity to a model company in field of mineral processing. The next section of thesis contains a comparison of a model company with the CZ-NACE 23. For a comprehensive perspective on labor productivity is in next section of thesis a comparison of labor productivity in the Czech Republic with labor productivity in the EU, next is labor productivity of individual sectors of the Czech economy, followed by labor productivity of the manufacturing industry focussing on mineral processing. The thesis is closed by a brief summary and recommendations for future development of manufacturing industry focussing on mineral processing.
