Abstract

This thesis deals with the automation of production of metal raiser for truck transport company called Bencopo Ltd. It describes the actual production process of focusing mainly on welding work. It is divided into two parts. The theoretical part focuses on the automation of production, modern technology in the welding process and describe the technology selected welding techniques for robotic welding work. The theoretical part contains the methods of investment efficiency in the acquisition of fixed assets. The practical part is based on the analysis of the current manual production selected the best technology suitable for automation of the welding process. This technology is described in detail. Based on the results of selected investment methods are selected recommendations for the possible purchase of an automated robotic workstation.
