Abstract
In the thesis there is a financial analyses of company NATALIE OPTIK Ltd. performed in years 2005 - 2009. The financial analyses of this company is performed through ratio indicators with a view to evaluate financial heath of the company. In the next part of the thesis the check of the company is performed pursuant to broke and site models. Consequently are provisions and recommendation proposed which would contribute to the future realizing of company performance.
