Analýza managementu vybrané sportovní akce

Abstract

Tématem práce byla Analýza managementu sportovní akce. Práce byla zaměřena na konkrétní akci, 32. ročník Memoriálu Miloše Ticherta v soutěžích mládeže ve stolním tenise. Teoretická část je zaměřena na pojmy management, sportovní management, manažer a metody výzkumu. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo najít slabé a silné stránky turnaje a na základě výsledků analýzy navrhnout doporučení pro zlepšení akce do příštích ročníků.

The theme of the thesis was Management analysis of selected sports event. Thesis was focused on specific event, the 32nd annual The Memorial of Milos Ticherta in youth competitions in table tennis. The theory part is more focused on the concepts of management, sports management, manager as a role and research methods. The aim of this thesis was to seek the strengths and weaknesses of the particular tournament and thanks to the results of analysis, suggest recommendations for event’s improvement for next coming years.
