Stanovení hodnoty podniku VOP GROUP s.r.o.

Abstract

The main aim of the thesis was determination of the value of the company VOP GROUP, s.r.o. at the date 1st January 2018. The first part of the thesis is concerned to introduction of the company and description of the theoretical terms. The knowledge of theoretical terms is necessary for implementation of the practical part. In this part we can find description of terms such as company, categorization of value of the company and especially there is description of the individuals methods, which were used for determination of the value of the company – DCF entity, method of the capitalization of the net earnings and method of the book value. In the practical part there is application of the gained theoretical knowledges. The one chapter is focused on application of analyses and their results, which are necessary for implementation of selected methods. As first PEST analyse was implemented. This method consists of political, economic, social and technological factors affecting the analysed company. Porter´s five forces analyse and brief analyse of the company´s sphere are another methods, which were realized. The main part contains financial analyse and especially financial ratios. In the last chapter there is determination of the value of the company by selected methods - value of the equity, which was determinated by two-step DCF entity method, another method was capitalization of net earnings and the last selected method was method of the book value, which is only additional method.
