Získávání oxidu ceričitého z odpadní suroviny flotační metodou

Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on the problematics of obtaining cerium oxide from waste sludge after grinding glass. This diploma thesis follows up on the previous thesis, which deals with this topic. The experimental part examines the possibility of using oil agglomeration flotation due to the very fine fractions of the raw material, which contained particles ranging from 0,5 μm, 5 μm and 10 μm, which are not suitable for classical foam flotation. Oil agglomeration flotation was performed with 15W-40 mineral motor oil with doses of oleic acid as an anionic collector and octadecylamine as a cationic collector on the VRF-1 pneumo-mechanical flotator. The results of the experiment were evaluated and compared with authors dealing with the problematics.
