Abstract

Subject of the thesis is the development of documentation to perform task force training of the municipality with extended competence in finding solution to a selected emergency event. The first part is focused on issues of task force training, with the greatest emphasis on exercises of task force of the municipality with extended competence. The second part is focused specifically on the issue of documentation for training of the task force and, in this framework, to assess the current situation of the documentation in the Czech Republic and Germany. On the basis of which, in the last part of the thesis there is put forward the concept of documentation to perform exercises of the task force of the municipality with extended competence.
