Abstract
The subject of the thesis is analysis of the wage system and other components of remuneration in the selected business corporation and processing of the motion for improving current state. First part describes basic terms of remuneration. In the second part there was performed an analysis of the current wage system used in the selected business corporation and processing of the motion for improving current state.
