Charakteristika rostlinných biotopů rašelinišť a jejich význam v krajině

Abstract

The thesis is focused on the characteristics of plant peatland habitats . The importance of such geographically not too fast large area in the country, was once quite underrated , and therefore these habitats preserved very little. This work deals with not only the distribution of peatlands , but also closer description of fauna and flora that is typical for these habitats . For these reasons, it is the current need to protect these habitats . In this paper I present also some peatland protection options , such as Natura 2000 and Ramsar Convention . Peat is domestic raw material , which in some areas heavily mined , and therefore leads to degradation of some major sites . For a closer approximation of this topic for students of secondary schools are gardening work selected some of the selected sites . The aim of my thesis is best described plant habitats in peat bogs and their importance for the country. In my work , for example, you will find a description of the distribution of peatland fauna and flora that are found. Untouched nature is a major tourist attraction for visitors. Bog community plays an important role in this work. In conclusion, I have prepared a field trip for middle school gardening . Information obtained by participating in this excursion would, in my view, certainly led to improvements in pupils' knowledge . The excursion I focused on the Czech and Slovak Republic in Kysuce and Orava, where there are many interesting places which are worth seeing.
