Kontrolní činnost České inspekce životního prostředí

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je charakterizovat kontrolní činnost České inspekce životního prostředí, jako organizační složky státu, která je zřízena Ministerstvem životního prostředí. Pro zhodnocení jsou použity údaje v letech 2006 – 2008. V souladu s cílem jsou stanoveny dvě hypotézy. První hypotéza ověřuje, že kontrolní činnost České inspekce životního prostředí vyplývá ze specifických podmínek stanovených legislativou a druhá, že mzdové prostředky představují určité procento z běžných výdajů. Při vypracování této práce bylo cíle dosaženo a hypotézy byly potvrzeny.

The main aim of this thesis is to characterize the supervision activity of the Czech Environmental Inspectorate as an organisational unit subordinated to the Czech Ministry of the Environment. For the purpose of evaluation were used the data from years 2006, 2007 and 2008 and accordingly to the main aim of the thesis were used two hypotheses. The first hypothesis proves the supervision activity comes from the specific conditions defined by the Czech legislature. The second hypothesis proves the salary instruments represent certain percentage of the current expenditures. The aim of the thesis was met and both hypotheses were proven by the elaboration of this thesis.
