Abstract

This thesis deals with a topic that was solved in a company focused on the automotive industry. The chosen topic of the thesis is "Setting the risk management process in the practical conditions of a manufacturing company". This work is focused on the identification and analysis of the requirements of relevant standards for quality management systems with respect to risk management, in relation to the current approach to risk management in the organization. The aim of this thesis is a practical proposal of risk management and its pilot verification in the practical conditions of a manufacturing company. The conclusion of this thesis is an evaluation of the results of the pilot verification and a proposal of actions to improve risk management in the organization.
