Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on the functional prototype creation of buildings geoinformatic system that will be applicable in the area of technical passportization and further evidence concerning the existence, operation and rent of buildings. The objective of the work is to specify the demands for the future system on the basis of current state analysis in the area of real estate and evidence. Another task is to find the appropriate technological means for creation of web application, to create a class diagram and to make a final geoinformatic system. It includes the adjustment and spatial data presentation. The theoretic part includes the whole cycle of operations on the project with rationalisation of using selected technologies, techniques and possibilities of future application utilization. The outcome is the buildings geoinformatic system in form of web application that creates the prototype for further extension and utilization according to specific demands.
