Abstract

Analysis of the microenvironment company Smart Trading Company, Ltd. The aim of this Bachelor Thesis is to analyse the microenvironment of Smart Trading Company Ltd., in particular competition and make comparisons with the current competition. To achieve this goal will be to reveal the facts, which the company has, as in the case of options on the market, and any deficiencies. Tool for processing this work were chosen Porter's five forces analysis and competitor analysis. Through Porter's competitive analysis will be defined competition from an internal perspective of the industry and ultimately will define the threat of new entrants competitors, competitors in terms of customers and suppliers and competition from substitutes. Another contained method is analysis of competition, which will be identified through current and potential competitors. In addition, they developed their competitive profiles and in the train will be followed by an assessment of their competitive strategy. The Bachelor Thesis is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter deals with the introductory part in which the specified area of focus of this work. The second chapter is devoted to defining the key concepts, which are preparing this important work. The next chapter is the performance of Smart Trading Company Ltd., which is the subject of this work. The fourth chapter contains a theoretical analysis of the definition used by the literature. The fifth chapter deals with the practical analysis of the theory already defined methods. The next chapter deals with the evaluation methods used and subsequent recommendations, which would allow the company to Smart Trading Company Ltd. to use. The last chapter is the conclusion, which deals with summary details of all work.
