Projektové financování za účasti soukromého kapitálu

Abstract

The aim of this bachelos work is to bring near private capital financing of projects. In the first chapter is determinate a notion financing of projects, its short historically progres and the basic marks according to the technical literature. Short characteristic of private company Beatus a.s. which used own sources for financing capital project in cooperation with UniCredit Bank, a.s., is in the second chapter which is intent on a risk analysis in the capital projects with aplication on selected project by the Beatus a.s. The fourth part is devoted to contracting frame analysis with examples on the selected project. In the last chapter is under review contemporary situacion on the capital project market.
