dc.description.abstractKoncept resilience prošel během 40 let, od prvního zkoumání až do dnešních dnů, významným vývojem. Během tohoto bádání a rozboru pojetí resilience nedošlo ke sjednocení pochopení a defi nice pro obory, které se resiliencí zabývají. Důvodem zabývání se konceptem resilience jsou stále se zvyšující nežádoucí události, které ohrožují bezpečnost společnosti, respektive obyvatelstva. Cílem příspěvku je seznámit se s podstatou výrazu resilience a dalšími souvislostmi.cs
dc.description.abstract-enThe concept of resilience during 40 years, from the fi rst examination to the present day, an important development. During this research and analysis of the concept of resilience not to unify the understanding and defi nition of the fi elds that deal with resiliencí. The reason for dealing with the concept of resilience are increasing adverse events that threaten the safety of the company, respectively, of the population. The aim of the paper is to get acquainted with the essence of the term resilience and other contexts.cs
