Abstract

This thesis focuses on contract documentation concerning realization of house project and it´s sewerage plumbing, but mainly on utilisation of rainwater. Schematics of two-storeyed, cellarless house with double sloping roof can be found in the build section of this thesis. The house will be occupied by family of four. Complete schematics of house sewerage plumbing can be found in the sanitation section. I have designed impotable water distribution to fitments. Suitable water storage reservoir with overflow safety switch draught is presented too. Water shortage is sorted out by pumping in fresh water. Payback period of entire system was evaluated.
