Abstract

This submitted thesis deals with personnel obtaining and selecting analysis in company OKD, Doprava, a.s. Its purpose is to describe personnel obtaining and selecting process in this company and in consequence to propose actions which can conduce to efficiency grow of a present state. The thesis is devided into three parts. First part is addicted to characteristics of a chosen company. Second part is addicted to personnel obtaining and selecting problems, first of all from theoretical view, then subsequently in chosen copany. Third part is addicted to suggestions and recommendations which can eliminate possible inadequancies.
