Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on assigning public procurements in the construction industry from a municipal point of view. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical definition of the Czech public procurement system, the characterization of the principles, which must be abided by contracting authorities and the description of the public procurement procedures. The content of the second part is a particular below-limit public procurement in the construction industry.
