Abstract

This work deals with the database design for information system and its implementation. The first part of the thesis describes the methods of designing the database model. This methodology is followed by the analysis of the current state of the information system in the organization and analysis of the requirements for information system which came from the emloyees and the copany owner. Based on the described methodology and analysis of requirements is drawn up a desing of database of information system. In the end is the design implemented in the software MS Access 2003 and there are created the required forms and the outputs of the system.
