Abstract
This diploma thesis deals with the analysis and design of the system for evidence accidents at work, which was happend for the employees. At First was performed an analysis of the current state of evidence and then using UML an analysis of user requirements for the system. Based on this was created design and model of the system, which was then realized by creating the required database and user interface.
