Abstract

The main object of this thesis is to analyse a current employee evaluation system in a particular organization. At the beginning, the fundamental findings are defined, which is followed by a characteristic of this particular organisation and an introduction of the main objectives. The theoretical part describes the employee evaluation process, applied evaluation methods, dates for the employee evaluation realization and the most common errors in evaluation process. Furthermore, a characteristic of an employment agency is presented, followed by a description of the current evaluation system. In the practical part of this thesis, all these findings are applied into practice on the basis of evaluation of the questionnaires and interviews with the employees. Possible changes of the system, consisting of setting a new date of the employee evaluation implementation are suggested at the end of this paper, together with suggestion of new evaluation methods and new forms for evaluative interviews.
