Návrh strategie uplatňování lean přístupu v kontextu chytré výroby

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce na téma Návrh strategie uplatňování lean přístupu v kontextu chytré výroby se zabývá analýzou používané strategie ve vybraném ekonomickém subjektu a návrhem lean strategie, která zohledňuje trendy chytré výroby. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis lean managementu a jeho hlavních principů, deskripcí lean metodik a následně popisem Průmyslu 4.0 a jeho hlavních trendů. Na základě analýzy byla v praktické části práce navržena strategie a doporučení, která byla následně ve vybraném ekonomickém subjektu implementována.

This master thesis on the topic Design of Strategy for Lean Approach Implementation in Context of Smart Manufacturing, deals with an analysis of used strategy in chosen economic subject and suggestion of lean strategy which considers trends in smart manufacturing. The theoretical part is focused on the description of lean management and its main principles, lean methods and then the description of Industry 4.0 and its main trends. The practical part consists of a proposed strategy and suggestions which were implemented in the chosen economic subject based on the analysis.
