Měření a vyhodnocování parametrů noční oblohy

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the ways of measurement of the nocturnal sky luminosity and the influence on it. In the first part the thesis deals with the possibilities of measurement of low values of the luminosity, to which the astronomical methods are added. The studied issue is related to these methods. In the next chapter the dynamics of the luminosity in the atmosphere and the influences in the different inhabited parts are described. In the following chapters the influences of luminaires are presented and what is more, the quantity of luminous flow in the sky is quantified. The practical part is devoted to the measurement and observation in the three localities in the neighbourhood of Šumperk, where the nocturnal sky values were measured.
