Zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti stavební společnosti

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá zhodnocením konkurenceschopnosti stavební společnosti XY. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit konkurenceschopnost vybraného podniku, a to s použitím vhodných metod. První část práce je zaměřená na teoreticko-metodická východiska. V následující kapitole je představena společnost XY. V praktické části jsou informace o konkurenci a jsou zde aplikovány vybrané metody. Poslední část práce je shrnutí a doporučení pro společnost.

The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of competitiveness of the construction company XY. The main aim of this thesis is evaluation of competitiveness of the company using the appropriate methods. The first part of the thesis is defined to the theoretical-methodological basis. At the next chapter there are information about company XY. In the practical part there are information about competition and there are applied methods that we were choose. In the last part of the thesis there is summary and recommendation for company.
