Abstract

Thesis deals with the activities of the public relations (PR)and their analysis. In the theoretical part describes the importance of the concept of public relations, the current trends and the basic tools for PR in the practical part of the work are analysed the current activities of the PR firm TŘINECKÉ ŢELEZÁRNY, a. s., which are divided into internal and external tools of public relations. The aim of the Bachelor thesis is to suggest possible improvements to PR activities in this field.
