Financování základního školství zřizovaného městem Hradec Králové

Abstract

The work is focused on the management of primary schools run by the statutory city Hradec Králové. The work describes the educational system in the Czech Republic, principles of management and financing of basic education. Is also mentioned education system and the basis of education legislation, which include the National Education Programme and Framework educational programs. Finally, it is noted the funding of schools and educational institutions established by local authorities and their sources of income. Then an analysis of the management of schools, the amount of funds from the state budget to direct educational costs and a contribution to the operation of schools met by the founder. Also included is an analysis of demographic trends, analysis of income from additional activities and total revenues and expenditures of individual elementary schools, including evaluation of financing.
