Systém vzdělávání zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

This bachelor thesis describes the employee education system in a selected organization, its setting and functioning. Using a questionnaire survey the attitudes of employees toward education are evaluated as well as their current level of experience with respect to the courses and trainings attended in the past. Their interest in further education is also being evaluated. Based on the evaluation of the survey and the pieces of information found out there are some recommendations proposed that could help to remove the shortcomings in the employee education system within the organization.
