Abstract
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the current state of utilization of communication tools of selected restaurant facility and to design new approaches to communication activities with an emphasis on their effective action against the target group. To research the selected restaurant facility and its method of using the communication tools, a quantitative method of polling was applied on its customers.
