Abstract
This diploma thesis is focused on evaluation position of the company KOH - IN Ltd. in the market using selected methods. The theoretical part defines terms related to the topic of the thesis.
To evaluate the external business environment is used PEST analysis. The thesis also includes the application of Porter's five forces analysis, the benchmarking of websites and SPACE analysis.
