Abstract

The process of the magnetron application is explained in the first part of this thesis. Further I clarified a metallic waste in that part, which comes origin from the producing process and its following handling in the plant AGC Coating Teplice (member of AGC Flat Glass Czech, a.s.). The second part is focused on a analysis of metallic waste and mainly focused on a extraction of metallic, which are very expensive nowadays. Regaining of expensive metallic is saving production costs. The next part describes individual laboratory tests, which had been used for isolation of silver Ag (by the way, the metallic Ag is the most important metallic used in the magnetron application) from the waste after sandblasting. The final part appraises laboratory tests, which had been done and contains the possibility of isolation Ag in practise.
