Elektronické bankovnictví v České republice

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is dealing with electronic banking in selected banks in the Czech Republic. The main aim was to evaluate electronic banking products of the four biggest banks - acording to total assets (Česká spořitelna, ČSOB, Komerční banka, UniCredit Bank) and of the three new banks which were established on our market in 2011 (Air bank, Equa bank and ZUNO). Following services were compared: internet banking, payment cards and current accounts. The result of this comparison is the fact that the new banks are fully competitive with the traditional ones.
