Analýza systému odměňování zaměstnanců v průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

The goal of this thesis is to analyze current reward system in company M&H Slovensko and make propositions to refine current system. This thesis also emphasizes the importance of just rewarding for individual employees, supported with proper motivation. Thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. Theoretical part focuses on better understanding of notions related to rewarding and motivating of employees and introduces the company M&H Slovensko, its history and activities. Practical part describes current state of reward system supported with survey and SWOT analysis. At the end there is a summary of propositions and solutions to improve current reward system a motivation of employees.
