Abstract

This thesis deals with the development of a project for the construction of a civic amenity building called “Workshop facilities for integrated rescue system components.” The main objective of the thesis is to create detailed construction documentation based on a study. The thesis is divided into two comprehensive parts: a technical report and a drawing section. The first part describes the entire project in detail, from its urban and architectural design to specific technological proce- dures and materials used. The thesis focuses in detail on the design of the structural system, which combines monolithic and prefabricated reinforced concrete elements. Special emphasis is placed on the energy performance of the building and its functional design. The drawing section then provides visual documentation, including coordination site plans, floor plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings.
