Vliv elektromobilů a hybridních automobilů na snižování množství emisí v Ostravě

Abstract

In this thesis is to evaluate the current situation in the area of emission load in the Ostrava region and are their main source. A comparison is made with countrywide statistics. Based on data on emission loads in Ostrava industrial agglomeration in recent years is discussed and analyzed the possibility of further improving air quality in the Ostrava region. It is primarily evaluated the contribution of individual modes of transport on the overall emission load resulting from statistical observations and calculations. The work focuses on the analysis of the degree of potential emission reduction burden by introducing alternative modes of propulsion of vehicles, mainly powered by natural gas (CNG) and the use of electric cars. Based on many years of experience with the introduction of low-emission zones abroad are discussed both positive and negative potential introduction of low-emission zones in the Ostrava agglomeration. This analysis is part of an effort to significantly reduce PM and gaseous emissions in the Ostrava region, which is in line with the strategic intent of the Government, and long-term program to improve the health status of the population of the Czech Republic entitled "Health for All in the 21st century."
