Abstract

This summary is about the exclusive deposits reserves calculation and its re-assessment. It is concerned with the blocks of deposits which hasn't been assessed before in regard to deepening the deposits reserves in question by 20 metres from 175 metres above the sea level to 155 metres. The basis for this new calculation is the already-done survey and hydro-geological drills. The purpose of this deposits assessment in Klecany quarry is to measure the overall mine-able stone deposits at the depth of 155 metres above the sea level because the current deposits assessment had been calculated only to 175 metres. By deepening the base by 20 metres, the overburden layer will be substantially changed that will enable the miners to full exploit the reserves. The full deposits assessment could provide a useful material for the company to decide how long and in what way they would consider the expansion of the quarry.
