Návrh koncepce procesu adaptace zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

This work focuses on the proposal of a concept of the employee adaptation process in a selected company. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current state of employee onboarding and adaptation and to propose and implement a new concept that will improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the adaptation process. The work is based on theoretical knowledge about the process of employee onboarding and adaptation, especially from the works of authors such as Bratton and Gold, Gatewood, Feild and Barrick, and Armstrong. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the analysis of the current state of the employee adaptation process in the selected company and proposes specific measures for improving this process.
